This is my first sculpture from the end of 2016, and completed on January 3, 2017. The stone is pyrophyllite. The keys and capstan screws are from a piano which was over 100 years of age. The stone has been pin and sleeve mounted on the key using a brass pin and sleeves. The small abstract sailboat is about 2 3/4 inches tall. The overall length of the keys is about 7 inches.
